What a few days for the game in this country. The USMNT beat Australia 2–0 on Friday to win their group, and with Paraguay taking care of business, the U.S. is officially through to the Round of 32. Next up for the national team: July 1 at Levi’s Stadium.
Closer to home, the women are in the thick of a title race, a Reading United goal just went viral, and two Keystone Derbies are on the calendar this week. Here’s everything you need.

A Statement Win for the Women
WPSL Women 2–1 Hershey FC (Sat, June 20). Under the lights at Alvernia, the women toppled a Hershey side, bringing them one step closer to the Division Title. Sophia Zeppos struck twice, captain Anna Buckwalter and the back line did the rest, and it was three massive points in the title race. (More on that second goal below.)
Men Central PA Reserves 4–1 North Union United (Sat, June 20). A dominant home performance under coach McLaughlin. The Reserves keep rolling.
USL2 Men 0–3 at Ocean City Nor’easters (Sat, June 20). A tough night down the shore against an old rival. The Men dust themselves off and go again Tuesday.
The U23 Women also battled in a hard-fought loss. Onward.
