President
Kevin Wolfe
Kevin Wolfe has been involved in the youth, collegiate, and professional soccer scene for close to 30 years. Kevin is a Lancaster, Pa., native, a former all-region performer at Lock Haven, Kevin was most recently an assistant with the Millersville men’s soccer program from 2021-2022
Kevin has served as a member of the FC Delco MLS Next coaching staff. He previously coached at Harcum College, Franklin and Marshall College, and Chestnut Hill College as an assistant coach to the men’s soccer programs. Kevin worked for the US Soccer Federation and traveled with the U16 US Boys National and the U20 Men’s National Team to various camps and tournaments.
As a student-athlete at Lock Haven from 2008-12, Wolfe was a four-year starter in the midfield, a team captain and an NSCAA Division II All-Atlantic Region selection after helping Lock Haven to a share of the PSAC 2011 regular season title. He also continued his playing career after college as a member of the Harrisburg Heat indoor team in 2013-14.
Kevin works for as a Commercial Real Estate Broker with NAI Keystone in Wyomissing. He also is involved with Humane PA as a board member. Kevin lives in Wyomissing with his wife Kate and daughter Summer.

Vice -President
Matt Wolf
Matt Wolf leads a real estate sales team at RE/MAX of Reading in Wyomissing and has been involved in the Berks County soccer community for over 30 years. Wolf played high school soccer at Wilson High School from 1989 – 1992 including the 1992 squad that won the PIAA State Championship. Wolf went on to play at West Chester University from 1993-1996 where he captained his senior squad and was an All-PSAC pick in 1996.
Wolf’s first involvement with Reading United AC was when he signed to play with the then Reading Rage of the D3 Pro League in 1996. After his playing career, Wolf coached at Exeter High School, Wilson Junior Soccer Club, and FC Revolution while his twin sons were enjoying a playing career.
In the community, Wolf has been involved with the Wilson Education Foundation, Wilson School Board, Founded the Wilson Soccer Alumni Association, One Wish Foundation, Boy Scouts of America and Alvernia University President’s Advisory Council. Wolf currently lives in Sinking Spring, PA with his wife Amy and their 3 children Peter, Alex & Catherine.
Treasurer

Keegan Worley
Keegan is the current CFO of The Standard Group and accountable for the financial and risk management operations of the company, including development of financial strategy and control systems designed to preserve company assets and report on accurate financial results.
Keegan graduated with a BS in Finance and Accounting from Duquesne University. Prior to joining The Standard Group, Keegan was the CFO of Runwell Solutions, Inc., an outsourced IT company in Reading, PA.
In a past life, Keegan was an intern with Reading United AC. Keegan is devoted to “service above self,” demonstrating his commitment to the community he calls home, Berks County.

Candace Hall
Candace Hall is a passionate educator with over 25 years of experience and a master’s degree in education. She currently serves as an assistant field hockey coach at Wyomissing Area School District and actively supports organizations that promote literacy and community engagement.
As a lifelong Berks County native, Candace and her family have been deeply connected to Reading United AC since its inception. From supporting players during their early days at BodyZone to volunteering as a team mom, Candace has helped provide meals, essentials, and encouragement to players throughout the years.
Candace values Reading United AC as a vital part of the community, bringing people together through a sport that fosters connection and lifelong enjoyment. She is excited to see the organization grow, strengthening its role in uniting Berks County and supporting the broader soccer community.
Whether coaching, volunteering, or cheering on the next generation of athletes, Candice is committed to building relationships, making a difference, and celebrating the impact of sports in bringing people together.
