On Track – RUAC by the Numbers: RUAC WPSL vs. Hershey FC

Reading United AC Women’s 1st Team (4-0-1) hosts Hershey FC (2-4-1) tonight at Alvernia University in a key WPSL Mid-Atlantic Commonwealth matchup. 

89: Following a 14-day layoff, Reading United returned to action in dramatic fashion in its most recent match, defeating Hex FC Tempest 3-2 on Ellie Leffler’s game-winning goal in the 89th minute. RUAC will look to carry that momentum into tonight’s matchup against Hershey FC. 

11: Reading United swept both meetings against Hershey FC in 2025, outscoring its Commonwealth Division rival 11-0 across the two matches. 

10: Ten different Reading United players have recorded a goal or assist this season, highlighting the depth of the Train’s attack. Leading the way is Sophia Zeppos, who enters tonight’s match with a team-high three goals. 

13:  Reading United has not lost a home match in the last three seasons, compiling a 13-game unbeaten streak at Alvernia University. Simply put, the Train doesn’t lose at home.
