On Track – RUAC by the Numbers: RUAC WPSL at West-Mont United

Reading United AC Women’s 1st Team (1-0-0) hits the road for their first away match of the year facing West-Mont United (0-1-0) at The Hill School in Pottstown, Pa.

2:For the second straight match, RUAC and West-Mont will face off. It’s a quirk of the 2026 schedule for both of these squads – two games against the same team to open a season.

4:Just four short days ago, Reading United won the opener 4-0.

3:In the game’s 3rd minute, Reading United’s Olivia Thompson scored the first goal of the season. In total, three different players found the back of the net for RUAC – Thompson (2), Summer Hill, and Brooke Gehret.

21:Reading United held a 21-1 advantage on shots during the first matchup with Sophia Zeppos leading the way with five.

1:  Keeper Sarah Gatz and the defense were staunch with RUAC earning its first shutout of the season.
