Reading United AC Women’s 1st Team (2-0-0) takes on Berks–Lancaster county-line rival PA Classics (0-0-0) in the inaugural Keystone Derby.

1:Reading United AC vs. PA Classics. Berks County vs. Lancaster County. County pride and three points are on the line in the first-ever Keystone Derby.

2:In two matchups last season, the teams played to two draws —  1-1 in Reading and 3-3 in Lancaster —  highlighting how tightly contested matches between these two clubs have been.

9:Offensively, Reading United is off to a hot start, scoring nine goals in its first two matches.

3:Sophia Zeppos currently holds the Golden Boot lead with three goals for RUAC. Olivia Thompson sits right behind her with two.

4: The Keystone Derby isn’t one and done. Tonight’s winner takes the cup…for now. Including tonight’s match, the two clubs will face off FOUR times this year – two games a piece for the clubs’ WPSL and USL2 squads:

  • May 30th: at RUAC (WPSL)
  • June 26th: at PA Classics (WPSL)
  • June 27th: at RUAC (USL2)
  • July 5th: at PA Classics (USL2)

Kickoff is set for 7:00 PM at Alvernia University (Reading, Pa).
